Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Modern society has become more complex, so it is essential for young people to have the ability to plan and organize.

When it comes to the issue of modern daily life, a common belief is that it is plan and daily life organization that is supposed to be done to have a good quality of life. And as young people who have grew in a society like this, those abilities are especially necessary to be equipped. To large extent, I am on the side of this claim.

First, the nature of the society needs the people who have the abilities of plan and organizations. A common idea is that the numbers of knowledge in the modern world increase with an amazing speed. If the young people do not know how to organize them, their learning process will be a nightmare. They would have time to deal with the thousand of papers and new-tech improving everyday. However, if you do not learn them at all, you would be out of time quickly.

Second, the ignoring of organization and plan lead to a dead end of a young’s further. If the young man do not have the ability to plan to update themselves in their areas, it could be hard for to find a job. For example, Just like the office software, it changes year by year. In a company, if you could be aware of the functions of the new wares, you could not deal with a daily file in a new software atmosphere. The result of such kind of things are obvious.

To sum up, the qualified young people who can survive in our society have to obtain the abilities of plan and organization.
