最近一直在找防晒，昨天下单了一个物理防晒，今天偶然看到一张物理防晒和化学防晒的对比。
不知道是否真的如此，我不专业，仅供大家参考哈。图片很不好看，误入的童鞋偶很抱歉哈

我觉得这个图的意思是物理防晒一般防晒效果比化学稍微好点，化学防晒好像是让皮肤首先吸收化学防晒成分，然后通过化学防晒成分吸收sun rays，以此达到防晒的作用。同时，物理防晒相对化学防晒也要稍微厚重一些，难推。化学防晒我在另外一个地方看到说，化学防晒的成分一般很容易通过尿液排出，所以防晒效果我觉得可能不是那么理想。
这个网站上有物理防晒和化学防晒的对比，总的来说，我觉得还是选择物理防晒好一点吧，毕竟相对安全。
不过，据说物理防晒会有点堵毛孔，所以要仔细卸妆。

我觉得防晒要涂够分量才能防晒。。如果是物理防晒的话 如果质地比较厚。。一般人就不会想涂那么多。。最后跟没涂没啥区别。。
化学防晒如果质量比较清爽就可以多涂一点。。效果未必不比物理防晒差。。问题就在于 化学防晒要在出门前30分钟涂。。
不过华人上推荐了一个 zinc oxide 19%的防晒霜。。我用了一下发现还是很清爽的。。
