学费解释：
Explanation of Tuition Fee
Only an estimated annual cost of $37,000(including tuition fee, books, supplies and other expenditures) was stated onmy admission letter. But the tuition fee of academic year 2012-2013 for fresh non-exempt international full-time graduate students majoring in engineering can be calculated by the tuition fees of academic year 2011-2012 (Chart 1) and the tuition fees increases (Chart 2) provided on the website of University of Ottawa.

Tuition fee of academic year 2011-2012 forfresh non-exempt international full-time graduate students majoring in engineering can be obtained in Chart 1 as:
$5,569.53+ $6,080.40+ $6,263.47= $17,913.4.
And the tuition fee increase forinternational graduate students obtained in Chart 2 is 4.0%.
So the estimated tuition fee of academic year 2012-2013 for fresh non-exempt international full-time graduate students majoring in engineering is:
$17,913.4*(1+ 4.0%) =$18,629.936.
