software development capability for our joint Bioinformatics PhD
program

I will provide full financial support for the PhD. students. Upon
graduation with PhD from our joint program, good students will have
opportunities to continue their research with me at HHS/FDA/NCTR also
in Arkansas. FDA is part of US Department of Health and the post
doctoral research experience would be very valuable for their career
developments. Currently I need immediate PhD students for the Spring
Semester starting in the coming new year and I will provide full
