Thank you very much for your mail and your interest in our program.
I have checked with the program project coordinator about your case. I found out that we had nominated your name to the Faculty’s postgraduate office for admission offer in the first round (early December 2013). The nomination was rejected by the postgraduate office because your undergraduate grade, according to your marking system document you submitted, was lower than B. You wrote to our project coordinator that there was an error in the marking system document you sent earlier. However, your new document (pdf file) has just arrived on the past Tuesday (February 25). The deadline for the third round’s nomination was the past Monday (February 24). The faculty’s postgraduate office will not process any nomination submitted after the deadline.
I really appreciate your great interest in our program. I also believe that you would have been a great asset as our student. However, the faculty has been very strict about the offer to ensure the quality of students. I hope you will apply to our program again next year.
