关于ISSUE的反面要不要驳倒的疑问

正文：在某些方面，国外学习是不好的1.  学费贵 2.学习内容短短续续，不利于学生master their major
但是，国外学习的优点也许足够强大使学生们去追求在国外学习
一.会获取文化知识，1.帮助形成人生观，具体来说，由于了解到很多之前不曾了解的知识，将促使他们点燃努力学习的热情 2.帮助他们享乐，因为在国外学习会帮助master语言和其中内涵，比如意大利学习可以学会欣赏意大利歌剧，美国学习懂的黑色幽默，英国学习懂得欣赏莎士比亚   二：帮助获取宝贵的经验，有助于就业和创新（以在中国的医学专业学生去美国学习可以同时掌握中西医为论据）  
疑问：1.
讲出国学习的缺点的时候 要驳倒吗？ 就是最后说这个缺点可以被弥补，所以应该出国 这样云云， 还是直接把缺点放着就好，因为毕竟自身论点就是总体来说。应该出国（隐含的意思就是 出国是有一定缺点的）
2.论证有什么不足的地方吗？

Although I admitted studying aboard will cause some problem of financial and even study, the superiorities of it like the attainment of new knowledge and precious experience are also very attractive. On balance I think students should be asked to study in a foreign country for some time.
Indeed, for some aspects, studying in a foreign country may be a curse rather than a blessing.
On the one hand, it will cause huge financial pressure on the family of students. Take Chinese students as a example, there are still many Chinese family who can not afford the fee of university in China(almost $1000 per year on average) for their children, even though the fee of Chinese university are very cheap because the government has paid for most of it. In this situation, asking them to study in a university in American or European, it is almost ridiculous, since the fee of learning in a foreign university are always several times more than the fee of a domestic university. (如果要驳，可以谈奖学金)
On the other hand, studying aboard will also lead to a bad situation of students’ study. To be specific, since one have to study at two different places for a relatively long time, and no matter the studying environment or the teaching plan of these two universities will be diverse. As a result of this, the student’s leaning process would be discrete so that what they learn can not form a complete system. Thus studying in a foreign country might be harmful for one to master his or her major, to some extent.(如果要驳，可以谈努力学习，和学校沟通调整)
However, the advantages of learning aboard might be strong enough for students to pursuit it.
First, this action will definitely help students to know a new culture. And this is essential because culture contribute to the formation of one’s view of life. Specifically, studying aboard can help the students get many knowledge about some fresh things which they did not know before, and thus inspire their passion for studying hard. More than this, the attainment of information about a new culture will make students to get more skills of having fun. In another world, students will possess the ability to enjoy diverse things. For example, after a Chinese students finished his study in Western country, they usually can master a foreign language well, what’s more, they understand the connotation of it. For the students learned in the US, they will have a ability to understand the black humor of American. For the students learned in the UK, they can appreciate the composition of Shakespeare, For the students learned in Italy, they know how to listen to Italian Opera.
Besides, learning in a foreign country will give students many precious experiences. Like universities in different country normally possess their own special technic in their research field. Taking medical field as a example, a Chinese students who has spend some time on studying in America will have the knowledge of both Chinese medicine and Western medicine. After a combination of the knowledge of these two technic, it is promising to expect a innovation of medicine field created by them. At least, they will be much more competitive among the candidates of a company when they are graduated.
For those students who can not afford the fee of foreign school，studying aboard is not a realistic idea. Besides, it might lead to that the students can not master their major well. However, after taking the attainment of culture knowledge and the special experience into the consideration, we suggest the students to studying aboard for some time, on balance.
