42.Students should always question what they are taught instead of accepting it passively.

Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.

正三.不适当或者过度的质疑也是有害的。首先,学生应该信任老师,这样他们才能接受和学到知识;

TS (pt1, pt2, pt3): The topic which pedagogy is the most efficacious one always attracts the public attention and often is in heated discussion. Some suggest that those learners should suspect the knowledge that they are faced with all the time and a myriad of people champion this advice. In fact, this statement outlines a scenario which is common in some, especially the most enlightening higher educational institutions, yet the hasty application of the credo embodied in the claim to the middle school students or even the primary ones will result in nothing but chaos in the classroom. What is more, to actively learn knowledge entails apposite methods of questioning it, and suspecting everything indiscriminately is likely to do more harm than good to the students.

The topic which pedagogy is the most efficacious one always attracts the public attention and often is in heated discussion.
this sentence is problematic in structure. Please rewrite.
suspect the knowledge- inappropriate collocation
primary ones- inappropriate expression

Your thesis statement does not follow the 1+3 model. I expect three points that are clearly stated in your TS.

ts (pt1): First of all, to question the received information is the most efficacious way to innovate in relevant field for the college students, who have laid the solid intellectual foundation in their early life.

ts (pt2): With respect to these innocent and ignorant young minds in high schools or primary ones, suspecting their teachers or tutors is not an optimal option to promote their knowledge level.

ts (pt3): Furthermore, even though in many universities the attendees are encouraged to adopt means like “critical thinking” to construct their own knowledge framework, this does not mean that the student can utilize any argument, even nonsense, to criticize the opinions in their textbooks.

Your first and third points are about college students and second point is on elementary and secondary schools; I do not understand why you organise your essay this way. maybe you want to first talk about primary school, then middle school and finally college.

Plus, your first point and third point may contradict with one another; so you have to be careful here.

I don't think you are ready to write a full essay for this issue yet. please revise your outline first.

TS (pt1, pt2, pt3): The topic about how to most efficaciously learn new knowledge always attracts the public attention and often is in heated discussion. Some suggest that those learners should doubt the information that they are faced with all the time and a myriad of people champion this advice. In fact, the hasty application of the credo embodied in the claim to the middle school students or even the primary ones will result in nothing but chaos in the classroom, since this statement outlines a scenario which is common merely in higher educational institutions, especially the most enlightening ones.

ts (pt1): First of all, those innocent and ignorant young minds in primary schools lack basic knowledge and thinking capacities, so suspecting their teachers or tutors is not an optimal option to promote their intellectual level.

ts (pt2): With respect to middle school students, they have accumulates certain knowledge and formed their own mode of considering the academic issues around them, yet the information that they should learn at this stage is still foundational and deserve little doubt.

ts (pt3): Finally, to question the received information is the most efficacious way to innovate in relevant field for the college students, who have laid the solid intellectual foundation and have fostered strong critical faculties in their early life.
