抱歉大神，题目复制过来出现了问题，现在应该改好了

找到核心的argument
premise: vehicles driving close behind open-topped trucks can be damaged by gravel, and damages are likely from the tire of the trucks.
conclusion: the law is unlikely to reduce damage.

其中的gap是不管cover与否 truck必须要driving close才会造成damage，目前看只是A是对的

B out of scope
C irrelevant
D out of scope
E的driving slow跟其他truck是否 close也没关系。

这道题是a 啦 答案

意思大概是  作者主要是说这个law 没有用  因为盖防水帆布不能杜绝 对后面车的damage
答案要选攻击law的

答案a 说反而盖了布之后 两车会隔得比较近  因而造成更大的damage

我主要是被  in which gravel can become wedged during loading 搞得很蒙
后来读了应该是解释性的为什么tire里面会出沙吧  就是搬运的时候被压在轮胎里面了
