1．协助初步起草、翻译、修改、审查采购合同条款   
2．建立、维护供应商信息，为采购事项做准备工作
3．检索并审查供应商法律资质  
4．支持团队处理日常事务  
  
基本要求：
1．六个月全职工作时间  
2．法学专业背景在校生（民商法优先）  
3．良好的英文听说读写能力  
4．优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神  
5．注重细节和责任感

Pre-legal consultancy & modify non-standard contract before legal confirmation  
Supplier on-board Process and Supplier information maintenance  
Due Diligence check on supplier’s qualification  
Support and coordinate the whole IPS team work  
  
Qualification:  
Legal background from recognized university  
Excellent language skills in both English and Chinese  
Exceptional skills in PPT and Excel  
Team work spirit and good communication skills  
Strong dedication and commitment
