Brief Description of Assignment:
•        support Event Manager/ Corporate Office Team in planning, developing and implementing corporate activities and programs
•        communicate and cooperate with counterparts such as other departments within company or external third parties on event organization & coordination
•        corporate event follow-up and project evaluation
•        expenses reimbursement and vehicle reservation in accordance with corporate policies
•        Other administrative work on a daily basis

Qualification & Requirement:
•        Must stay student identity during whole internship
•        Must fulfill 6-month internship, 5 days per week, 9:00AM-18:00 PM
•        Starting date: 13th Oct. 2015
•        Teamwork spirit, reliable, logical thinking, creative and open-minded
•        Willing to learn and able to work under busy schedules
•        Good command of languages (English is a must) for both written & spoken
•        Decent computer skills (excellent application of Excel and PPT is a must)
•        Experience in event organization is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
•        Salary: RMB 3000/m pre-tax

Location:  Daimler Tower, 8 Wangjing Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
