I think your application is very competitive.  Have you taken the chemistry GRE?  Having taken that would greatly help your candidacy.  Your TOEFL score is good, but not excellent.  I would encourage you to do whatever you can to maintain proficiency.  Having a score closer to 100 would greatly strengthen your application.
In the mean time, if there are any online courses you can find in regards to photovoltaics and photoelectrochemistry, that would greatly help your application too!!!  Remember that you can always go in and provide updated information, and if you mention in one of your letters (such as the personal statement) that you have gone the extra mile with independent study, then you will position yourself well for graduate school!
