我还没见过有单独把personality列出来的学校，基本上这属于social psych领域下的吧？

Master's programs usually won't go that specific. Perhaps you can take a look at the schools that are famous for clinical/social psych, I/O, and measurement, and see if they offer psychological master's programs.

If you are applying to doctoral programs with a special interest in personality, based on the studies you have read and maybe also the research you have done, you should have already known what programs you should apply to. If you don't know, you are not ready. Take some time to search for some papers and see where the authors are from, or do a master's first:)

Personality其实会在好几个心理学的方向中提及，也要看你具体感兴趣的是什么
比如Developmental Psych和Social Psych甚至包括Educational Psych里都有相关的课程和内容
一部分把Personality Psych当做研究方向的学校会跟Social Psych放在一起
我的建议是最好去看具体学校的课程设置和具体教授的研究方向，找到真正符合你的项目申请
