网申材料中CV和SOP的问题

LZ现在开始着手于第一个学校的申请啦，虽然混迹寄托的时间不是很长，但还是受益匪浅。感谢前辈大神们的帮助。

这个学校的要求如下：
1.Please provide a brief statement of your academic and/or professional goals and how these align with this graduate program (Free Text) Alternatively you may upload your statement below.

2.Please describe any research and/or work experience (including publications, etc.) you’ve undertaken that is relevant to your proposed field of study.
Please provide an up-to-date curriculum vitae or resume detailing your academic and work history, and noting any additional relevant experiences such as courses, presentations, publication and volunteer work.

3.Please discuss any other information you feel would be important to the Admission Committee in evaluating your application. If you feel that your credentials and any other information you have already provided on this form or will be submitting in support of your application represents you fairly, you should feel no obligation to write anything further here.

LZ发帖前参考了这个帖子https://bbs.gter.net/thread-2048625-1-2.html，帮助很大，但可能我遇到的问题比较个性化，所以还是开了一个帖子

问题如下：
1、学术渣的弱势在于没有任何发表的文章，也没有任何投稿的文章，请问第二项问题中的Research Experience应该如何写呢？Coursework和Term Paper可以算吗？如果可以，Research Experience是否就是详述完成Term Paper的过程？

2、LZ有两段拿得出手的Intern，一个是某教育机构的TA经历（不是高等教育），一个是某会议的代表团助理，请问这要写在CV上吗？或者说，整个CV是Academic Oriented？

3、我在SOI里面提到了自己的两个Term Paper，是结合了Intent写的，但感觉又和第二个材料稍有重复，请问这种情况如何处理（大概占了五分之二）？

4、第三个问题虽然是选填的，请问一般而言是否需要填写呢？

1 可以的.怎么叙述看你想强调哪些方面

2 取决于你申请的项目是学术导向还是就业导向

3 最好不要重复，可以一个写得简略，一个写得详细

4 根据你自己的情况决定，这种写得好是加分项，写不好可能反而会减分
