2017年第三届高等院校教育与教学研讨会(CETCU 2017)于2017年7月8日至9日在泰山学院举办。所有文章将由法国Atlantis Press出版社出版并提交CPCI检索，部分优秀论文（至少扩展至12页）将选送到德国施普林格出版社出版并EI检索。会议采用随到随审，欢迎大家投稿，文章要求英文书写。

Introduction
CETCU2017 will be held in Taishan College from July 8 to 9, 2017. All articles will bepublished by the AtlantisPress in France and submitted to the CPCI for retrieval. Some of the excellent papers (at least 12 pages) will be sent to the German Springer Publishing and EI. Meet the meeting with the trial, welcome to contribute, the article asked in English writing.
