闪电的产生 是由于原来电荷均匀分布的中性云(electrically neutral clouds with uniform charge distributions)，其电荷分布变得不再均匀(become electried by separation of ....)，电荷在云层之间或者云地之间传递(the transfer of positive or negative ....)。明显E是对的啊。
