Job Responsibilities:
Assisting Professor in daily affairs (e.g. booking flights and hotels)
Working with Professor on her research programs (e.g. literature review and data analyses on the topic of Chinese multinationals)
Assisting Professor in her teaching work for MBA
Job Requirements:
The candidate, after probation, must sign a 2-year employment contract and start working in August, 2017
The applicant who studies Business Administration and is interested in CSR topics takes precedence
The professor has preference for those who pursue an academic goal (e.g. a PhD degree abroad or at CEIBS in the future)
Excellent English skills (e.g. TOEFL & GMAT) and capability of analyzing data (e.g. STATA) are expected
Sophisticated ability to write in both formal Chinese and formal English is needed

NOTE:
Professor Jane Lu is Chinese who is also a chair professor at University of Melbourne. Since she left China for a considerable time, the research assistant sometimes is expected to act as a personal secretary to help her in daily life.
