求大家帮看下套磁这么回复是婉拒还是看好呢？可以二次套吗？

lz去年年中开始琢磨申请phd，当时套磁了一位教授，他的回复是

Your research on ... is indeed very interesting and important, and I look forward to reading your publications in the future.

It is a shame that I have no plans to recruit PhD students at the moment. The earliest I will give full consideration will be around this time next year. I wish you all the best in your other applications.

因为他回复说暂时不招，我去年就没有申请他所在的学校了。去年一共申请了两所，年初出了结果，一所彻底拒了，一所waiting，希望也十分渺茫，系里明确说奖学金大概拿不到了。现在时间点差不多到了他说的give full consideration will be around this time next year，就在想要不要再试试，但是搜了下寄托老贴，貌似老师说暂时不招就是婉拒，求大神帮看看这个老师再套套可行么。
