CUHK LLM申请状态咨询 offer is under processing

哎呀，发到法律专版去了，再发一次。。

如题。
Amend Application状态栏变成了 You can not modify the form as your offer is under processing by the Division. 请问这是一定会有offer，还是不管有offer or被拒，都会经过的流程？

以前的帖子两个说法都有，链接见最下。看起来像是必经流程，而且这几天就会出结果。然而，这是来自希望回炉重造重新做人真的很想获得应届生身份的财务gou的求安心帖。

另，按照历史帖子的说法，如果刷出了upload documents 和 visa，应该就是稳了。周一再刷刷看。

LZ 3月5号申请了IEL和CBL，状态栏变化是5月17号晚上一起申请的小伙伴告诉我的。5月18号上午我打电话给学院问这是不是一定会有offer的意思，学院说这个状态是在考虑中，我继续问IEL还有没有空位，她说不多了，我就说那就是还有，那我再等等，接电话的女生也没有否定我的说法。

其他状态栏变化：

以前的都是retrieved by the programme for the admission process.

现在：
Downloads Forms 多了一个Application Form for Concurrent Registration
Upload Supporting documents： You cannot upload document as your application is in progress.
My Referees：You cannot submit referee information as your application has been processed.
View Application Results：依然是received.
