OB/HR Part-time RA recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

Part-time Research Assistant position in the department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). The main responsibility is to work with Dr. Michelle Zheng of CEIBS on her research projects. Job tasks include data management (e.g., collecting and analyzing), literature review, and coordination of research projects, etc. The appointed RA can be located in other cities. He or she does not need to work in Shanghai.

Job Requirements:

1. Recent Ph.D. or doctoral student with research experience in business, management, psychology, or statistics. Or master graduate planning to pursue a PhD in organizational behavior or psychology overseas.  
2. Good at quantitative research methods, including designing surveys and experiments, data collection, and data analysis such as structural equation modeling, multiple regression analysis, and multilevel analysis. With experiences in using quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, SAS, Mplus, and/or R.
3. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.
4. Able to commit for at least 1 year.
