Position: A Full-Time ResearchAssistant (RA)
JobResponsibilities:
·        Assist faculty in researchactivities, including data collection, qualitative interviews, analysis,literature review, manuscript preparation, and coordination of researchprojects.

JobRequirements:
·        Masters with research experience in organizational behavior, human resource management,or strategy is preferred  
·        Skills in econometrics andstatistical software (e.g., STATA)
·        Skills in qualitative analysissoftware
·        Strong command of English
·        Good skills in library andonline research
·        Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·        Experiences in academic researchis a plus
·        Interest in CSR and socialenterprise is an asset
