Job Description:
You will be hired as a part-time TA for Consumer Behavior elective course (MBA level) to track student class participation.
You will have a chance to sit in full-time MBA classes and take away top-MBA classroom learning experiences.

Notes:
§  Your major task is to track student participation (i.e., mainly keeping a track of which student said what).
§  Completing other tasks (e.g., assignment grading, assistance in research projects) may be requested only if the TA has time (and ability).
§  The TA will have an exclusive opportunity to listen to intellectually stimulating class discussions and lectures.
§  Outstanding TA may be offered with further part-time TA-ship or full-time RA-ship to assist the faculty members.

Qualifications:

1. The time availability:
Should be available from 8:30am – 12:00pm (excluding the lunch time between 3:55 pm and 7:20pm) on the following 7 class dates:
§  Jan 4, 11, 14, 18, 22, 25, 29
You will have access to CEIBS library to work on your own studies between the morning and the afternoon classes.

2. English proficiency
Should be proficient in English so that s/he can follow the class discussion and keep track of student comments.

3. Punctuality and diligence
§  Lateness to class cannot be tolerated.
§  The candidate is expected to send in the class participation record in a timely fashion and encouraged to communicate with the professor on regular basis about the general status of the sessions and report any irregularities s/he notices during sessions.
