PhD Positions in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)

Dr. Gu's group at Missouri University of Science and Technology plans to support 1-2 PhD students in Additive Manufacturing (AM). The projects will be focusing on material design for AM using material modeling and computational techniques. There will be opportunities to work with national lab scientists and industrial partners. Minimum Requirement:
1. GRE: 302+3.5 (outstanding applicants with 3.0 writing may be considered)
2. English: TOEFL-88 or IELTS-6.5
3. Education background: Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics
