Position Vacancies：
PhD student (1post)
Using techniques such as single-cell manipulation and nano-fabrication in achieving the detection/classification of diseases like cancer and Alzheimer’s as well as explore their clinical applications.
REQUIREMENTS: a BS in mechanical engineering, mechanics, bioengineering or related disciplines. Past experience in microfabrication or operating instruments like atomic force microscope (AFM) and optical traps is a plus.

PhD student (1post)
To conduct theoretical investigation on hydrogel materials: from the micro-structure to apparent material behaviors and eventually to their roles in assisting cells in executing different biological duties.
REQUIREMENTS: a BS in mechanics, physics, bioengineering or related disciplines. Past experience in theoretical modeling and numerical simulation is a plus.
