有关交流/暑校 成绩单 LSAC评定的一切

1. 我去交流的成绩单是否一定要寄送给LSAC？
首先，对于交流院校的，请查看lsac有关interinstitutional transcript 的要求。 简略而言，原则上需要提交，但是！如果你的学分已经完全转换，并且在本校的成绩单上indicate出来了，则可以免除！
You do not need to request a separate transcript from the interinstitutional school attended IF
1.your home school’s transcript clearly indicates that the coursework was completed through this type of program,2.course codes, titles, grades, and credits earned appear on the home school’s transcript, AND
the home school included these grades in your GPA.
In these cases, your home school has treated the coursework as if it were its own. This is not transfer credit. Consequently, the grades and credits will be summarized under the home school.
2.我去暑校，其它的项目的成绩单是否一定要寄送给LSAC
对于在美国和加拿大的院校活动或者进行暑期项目而言，只要是你写在cv，ps里能被发现你去过任何institution的，都需要寄送
Law schools require transcripts from the following institutions you have attended:
community colleges
undergraduate and graduate institutions
law, medical, or professional institutions
institutions attended for summer or evening courses
institutions attended even though a degree was never received
institutions from which you took college-level courses while in high school even though they were for high school credit
institutions that clearly sponsored your overseas study (see below for more information)
international transcripts, if applicable.
3.我在非北美院校的交流或者其它项目的成绩单是否一定要寄送
值得注意的是，在添加International institution 一栏中，LSAC说only if 你上的课equivalent to U.S. ONE-YEAR COURSE....
也就是说，对于international instituition 来说，满一年了才需要提交。

这个应该是JD的？

- 申请LLM，是只要有学期交换都要交（无论是不是interinstitutional，学分是否转化）；
- 暑校成绩单不建议把暑校填写为Postsecondary Institutions Attended（因为这样的话就需要寄成绩单，而暑校成绩单无论是开具还是寄送都很麻烦）
- 如果要交换学校寄成绩单，最好问问交换学校可不可以寄送DHL Express。如果是平邮的话，一般要2-3周才能寄到。如果赶上LSAC高峰期，一般在LSAC收到后一个礼拜才会Update你的Acceptance Notification，所以大概是1个月左右，

不过duke我的那个成绩单寄平邮，但是2天就到了!
