Research Assistant I/II in the Study of Mechano-regulation of Adipose Tissue Metabolism in the Department of Medicine and the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Ref.: 499665) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Medicine or a related discipline, preferably with experience in animal study, cell culture, proteomics study and routine laboratory techniques.  The appointee will help to investigate the mechano-regulation of adipose tissue remodeling and adaptive thermogenesis.  Details of the Research and Development activities can be found at www.sklpb.hku.hk.  Enquiries about the post should be sent to Dr. Baile Wang at blwong@connect.hku.hk.
