We are urgently looking for qualified candidates to join us as Sales Coordinator.
Job Description:
1) Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
2) Act as a bridge between the client and the company, and maintain good communication and coordination with the client's internal departments.
3) Update customer information in a timely and accurate manner
4) Manage orders to achieve good control of finished goods inventory based on order and demand forecasts
5) Work in close collaboration with Mainland China Office to well understand stock status and take proactive actions to catch up schedule.
Position Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree or above with good command in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
2) 1 year or more of order management or related experience in Mainland.
3) Good at accepting challenges and pressure, responsible, strong team player, honest and upright
4)Hold a valid Hong Kong permanent identity card / DI / IANG
