不过话说回来，还好没有等我寄了材料再收到这封信，那可就多花几百的银子啊，可是，我实在想不通，为什么预申请都没有过。这个学校的预申请很难么？请问？有没有谁已经拿到OFFER的，或者通过的，说说条件吧
