为什么选择最后一个？

我觉得这题答案肯定错了，因为industrialization是“工业化”，而concern 后面应该接介词with，不是in。

34. drew steadily ----steadily drew    副词位置不对。
35。 搞明白句意后发现原句没有主语。去掉with就对了

答案选C。有个语法笔记上讲it做形式主语。那么还原后是 the midwest where the American craft movement was seems to .......对吗？ craft在这里是动词吗？怎么讲？若当手工艺讲craft是名词啊，怎么看怎么觉得where后面从句没有谓语
