这句话是什么意思？

那三月一日是deadline也就是说我的材料要在1.1日以前寄出？

那不是有点来不及了？

如果scholarship的deadline是3月1号，那就是1月1之前寄~

如果申请除了TU/e Scholarship以外的奖学金（如Huygens Scholarship），要在奖学金deadline前的两个月申请。

但是TU/e Scholarship是一个例外，在3月1号之前寄到材料就可以了。我当时2月底申请TU/e的，最后也拿到了TU/e scholarship~
