When we faced with misfortune, we often find console form this opinion that the misfortune is unique.

When we encountered with failure, we should remember that in the extent life always has some disaster, fulfilled with kinds of success and failure.

4It is presumptuous to judge…according to……

It is presumptuous to judge how famous he is according to the sales of his discs.

It is presumptuous to judge that life is a kind of gamble according to his definition to fate.

5The only time a person can claim that

The only time a person can claim that mercy is a virtue only when he re-think what he has done.

Ironically, the only time the law count can sent out the subpoena, only after all relative evidences already have done.

本来想昨天晚一点发的,结果晚上上不了网了.今天也一直很奇怪.现在才可以把昨天的帖子发了.

silentwings 写句子第一天
1 the saying is used to point out that ...
Irioncally, the saying is used to point out that there is a tendency among us, that is the others are luckier than ourselves.
The saying is constantly  to point out that  complaint and blame all the time cannot get rid of poverty,whatever how despicable the others are,everyone should by himselef to attain achievement.
分析：silentwings 的key中倾向用的是temptation,我不是很明白为什么用这样的词查了一下韦氏发现temptation的意思是：1 the act of tempting or the state of being tempted especially of eveil  2 something  tempting .我觉得他选用的应该是第一个意思，但是不清楚为什么用这个词。

2 this is nowhere more true than...
This is nowhere more true than the problems  what refers to imagine and reality.
This is nowhere more ridiculous than the thought of  more money brings more happiness.
同样犯了介词on的问题，我对于介词的选用问题比较严重，应多注意介词的搭配。


3 when faced with...
When faced with misfortune, we always serch for consoaltion from the idea that our misery is unique.
misfortune前应该有一个不定冠词a
When encounterd with fiasco,we should remember that to some degree life is always in a extremely dangerous state and full of all kinds of success, failures and adventures.
这句有点冗长尝试着改简练。

4 it is presumptuous to judge... according to...
It is presumptuous to judge his reputation according to the sales of his records.
It is unreasonable to comprehend life as a gamble according to his definition about fortune.
分析：一直认为albums是相册的意思，后来查了一下字典才发现也有唱片的意思，晚上看friends3也看到了Richle说到了albume，也是唱片的意思。
第二句和silentwings给出的key还是有差别但是我看到他的点评里面有一句和我的这个比较的相似。

5 the only time a person can claim that...
The only time a person can claim that mercey is a kind of merit is when he calls  back to what he had done .
Irioncally, the only time that the court can send out the subpoena is when all testments are  prepared.
irioncally是讽刺的意思所以不可以用在这里。

在第二次作業中，我發現自己的思維定勢態嚴重了，我的意譯好差勁啊……看了答案恍然大悟之感，隨之狂冒冷汗~~~看來還要多練啊……
不知大家做好翻譯后感覺如何？
