关于申请签证面谈的时间－2009/2/23

最近很多签友都问到底可以提前多久能去申请美国签证面谈，是120日还是90日之内，今天我进行了一下查询和整理，信息如下：
北京使馆的官方说法——项目开始前的三个月内

综上，除北京使馆外，其它四地均可提前120天内签证，北京使馆辖区建议提前90内签证，更多具体信息建议拨打预约电话时详细咨询！

比如8。15开学
去北京签的话只能在5.15之后了
那假如我预约到5.10 意思就是签不成了？

还有就是那个预约电话什么时候打呢？
比如想5月10号去面签
3月份能打电话预约么？

Students should note that Embassies and Consulates are able to issue your student visa 120 days or less, in advance of the course of study registration date.
If you apply for your visa more than 120 days prior to your start date or registration date as provided on the Form I-20, the Embassy or Consulate will hold your application until it is able to issue the visa. Consular officials will use that extra time to accomplish any of the necessary special clearances or other processes that may be required.

Z最积极啦~~~赞一个~~~看来超过120天也是可以的，只是官会把我们的VISA扣起来，这段时间如果出了问题，我们还可以补救；如果啥问题都没有，那直接等到120天时，自然可以拿这个VISA了。
