Is it true that any means taken to attain the worthy goal is justifiable? It's true that difficulties standing in the way to success might be difficult or over come when only moral methods are taken, however, losing the sense of responsibility of ethics might result in worse situation.

Admittedly that the world is not just thus merely taking the methods conformed to the system of ethics of the society might leads to failure. After all, when the authority of the society claims that all actions should obey the moral and legal system, the society sometimes fails to carry out its principle in certain fields such as politics. Now that it's always the citizens' duty to develop the justice of the society, such existence of this obligation implies that the world is unjust actually and the mere difference from country to country is the degree of the injustice. So it would occur that during one's pursuing just, he or she have to compromise and take means which are immoral to some extent in order to attain the right or ability of changing the situation.

However, saying compromising to the reality is inevitable I am not to advise taking any means to achieve the seeming worthy goal. Actually, in most cases there's proper methods that would not contradict with the ethics and morals, and such saying that take those vicious means could help achieve the goals is somehow pretext to cover up the true goals which is actually malice. For example, in Hitler's words that killing the people of other races was means to achieve true peace and prosperity. This lie resulted in a disaster to humanity that the economics broke down and innumerable people lost their lives. So believing such saying, in fact, undermines the originally holy goal and the only consequence is the belief to be utilized and humiliated instead of to be realized.

What's more, without a sense of responsibility one could not achieve any really great goal, thus it's essential to keep the highest standards of ethics in mind when ruminating for the methods. Taking malice means, though might bring about achievement in a short time, however, once discovered by the public the individuals would soon lose their trust. Politics, for example, is such a field that the trust of public determines whether the ultimate goal could be attained, in which those who have to leave their position such Nickerson because of scandals is just strong evidence. After all, necessarily by obeying the morals that one could convince others on his or her ability to tell the rightness from the wrong, which is the basic ability to achieve truly great goal.

In conclusion, even though the society is unjust in itself, a restriction of the actions taken in pursuing the goal is necessary to achieve real great goals.
