今天妹妹签证真是有惊无险！
8：00到达梅隆镇广场，被告知没有预约上，无奈返回。
得到门卫好心提醒，11：00再赴梅隆镇，与妹妹一起直上八楼，终于查到护照号码，原来
是名字写错了。所以提醒以后被告知没有预约上的同学，可以11：00以后直接去查询，不
必立即返回。
然后妹妹进场，拿到今天最后一个号码317号。我就在门外等候，可以看见妹妹签证的全过
程，呵呵：）
妹妹守候在大glass boy的窗口，亲眼看见他签过了一个又一个的高大的篮球运动员，可是
就是没有妹妹的号码出现：（
终于等到了最后一个，已经12：30了。这时候整个大厅就只有妹妹和一个在和yymm纠缠的
gg了。妹妹想肯定就落在yymm手里了。因为除了yymm其他的窗口都已经没有VO了。就在这
时候，大glass boy又把他的百页窗打开了，亲切挥手，示意妹妹过去。原来他从yymm的手
里把妹妹的材料拿了过来。于是开始了下面的对话。
下面是妹妹的回忆：
VO:(Chinese)你姓崔？
mm:(shock)yes!
VO:So you are the last one?
mm:yes!
mm:I prepared to say Good morning to you, but I have to say Good noon now.(smi
le)
VO:(smile) Then say "hello", Hello!
mm:(smile) Hello!
(这时候大glass boy已经在妹妹的ds表上面涂鸭了，但是我的妹妹当时居然没有注意这个
明显的暗示，回来跟我复述时才想起原来此时已经pass了)
VO:May I have a look at your transcripts?
mm:Yes, open it for you?
VO:Sure, please. Thank you very much!
mm:Here you are.
VO:(根本就没有仔细看就把一堆材料全推出来了,其中包括了I-20和offer letter, 可惜这
个更明显的暗示我妹妹还是没有注意到）So what is your research work now?
mm:My thesis is about the content delivery on the Internet..........
VO:(妹妹被打断)cellphones? Do you think cellphones make us to understand each
other much more easily? And do you think the more we talk about, the more we u
nderstand each other?
mm:Sure, I think so.
VO:I think so too!(smile)
VO:Have you ever been abroad?
mm:Yes, I went to North Korea once.
VO:North Korea? (show strong interest) I haven't been there before. When?
mm:1994. I went there to spend my summer vacation with a lot of students from
all over the world.
VO:So how about the food there?
mm:Not very good. A little spicy!
VO:So not as good as the Chinese food?
mm:Yes, of course.
VO:(smile)Good luck. Would you please go to Window 11. And would you like to h
ave a book? (hand mm a book)
mm:Thank you so much! Have a nice day!
12:45pm got the visa at last.
因为不知道今天签证的形势，所以除了签经，其他的也没有什么要写的了。最后预祝所有
被check的同学早日拿到签证，祝所有要来签证的同学们好运。
