申请的学校要学位怎么办？（急）

我拿硕士申请PHD，但是硕士还没有毕业，学校开了证明也不行。
那边学校说一定要。 the Dean of Graduate Studies willreconsider your application after you have completed yourdegree and have
submitted evidence of completion。
请问下，你们遇到这种情况怎么办的啊？

視乎不同的科目, 有些phd是連接master 的, master的部份只是類似过橋课程.
有些学生如有荣誉学位, 也能直接念phd.
所以可試試用本科学位成績申请.
