1需要证明Parson City的税收总量至少是与Blue City一样2需要证明 Parson City的学生数量至少是和Blue City一样3需要证明 Parson City 的学校数量至少是Blue City一样以上为攻击1个evidence 4对于最后的结论的攻击：需要证明人们对公立学校的 higher value 取决于政府的budget而不是其他的如私人donation 一般我写argument都要找3个攻击点，但是这篇只找到2个。。而且也不确定对结论的攻击是否有理。望大家指教。 Parson City has recently spent almost twice as much per year as Blue City has for its public schools—even though both cities have about the same number of residents.
we do not know the definite circumstances of these two cities in the past. Only through the recent situation can not infer the conclusion given above, maybe Blue's budget is much higher than Parson generally.

the author did not explain the details about the situation in this area------what is the distinctive of cities in this area and to what degree, only through a typical comparison can express nothing. 谢谢啦～～～ 发现一个很重要的攻击点：
前面说的是政府对公立学校的重视程度，后面结论是两个城市居民对公立学校的重视程度比较。
