请问：1. 拿到这个offer还能申请奖学金吗？
2. 只有个China奖学金适合，截至日期2011.9.23，但是条件是iBT口语24 以上，我总分104，但口语20，意味着申请不到？
3. 突击一下，9月1日再考一场iBT 可行不？（口语达到24有没有可能噢）
4. 没奖学金，这个offer实际上是个废offer？澳洲的是不是对英语要求都这么变态？ 1. 澳洲的奖学金和admission申请是分开进行的。
