149. In any field—business, politics, education, government—those in power should be required to step down after five years.如商业、政治、教育、政府，在任何领域中的掌权者应该在五年后就让位。
The leaders of some fields should step down after several years. If they do not be replaced, it will bring many society issues. For the leaders, they have known very well of their own field, so maybe there were no creativities and passion, furthermore, the longer they stay in the top position, the more possible corruption happened. It is also unfair for the young generation; they have to wait endless time to develop their abilities. Lastly, for the citizens, they may fell boring of the same leader.
We all know that “practice makes perfect”, but in some condition it is not a good thing. If those in power stay very long in their position, they may get used to what they should do, it will lead to no creativities and passions, the field they lead will not developed. For the education field, the students’ minds are changing every day, if no reformations are put forward, the circumstances may be fall behind. Even the most perfect law has leaks, and maybe the top person of one field know those leaks clearer than others, they can use this leaks to do something illegal to gain benefit. It’s bad for the government and the society.
There is no suspecting that the young generation can create new passion to the old field. And they must know the earlier show their talent the better,. If they know they have to wait several years can achieve their goals, they may be depressed and no confidence to stick to. It’s a pity that their youth are wasted. There were so many talented person in history because of not being founded lead to dejection even suicide. So the government and the power should be replaced and give more opportunities to those new stars of fields.
Every field should be benefited to people finally. And the power of the field is also served to people. If they stay very long in their position, the citizen may be boring to their management, even the most excellent leader stay on his position year after year, people will think maybe someone manage better than him. Every person has the feel that they never satisfied with current life. So they want to change, seek to innovate.
Not just the citizen think so, as the society developed, a variety of new thing occurred, the new things must take place the old things, That the power people are step down comply with the society, like the metabolism of human, the new blood takes place the old blood, dead cells are replaced by new cells. Thus, body can take balance, make myself healthier. So the power should be required to step down after several years, maybe not five years, the period can be ordered depend the specific position. Field like education, sports which update period is frequent can step down in three or four years. On the contrary, the slow update field like politic, business, the update circle can be taken longer to adjust the change.
