In this argument, the arguer suggests that all colleges and universities adopt honor codes similar to Groveton's in order to decrease cheating among students. The arguer makes this recommendation by providing the evidence that by adopting honor codes, Groveton made a great effort for the decreasing of cheating. The figure of the cheating cases dropped tremondously (tremendously)and in a recent survey Groventon(Groveton) students said that they would be less likely to cheat with an honor code in place than without. Viewing the big progress made by Croveton, it seems that adoping(adopting) honor codes is a efficient way to reduce cheating cases.However, before accepting the recommendation, many doubtful questions remain to be answered.(开头略显冗长)To begin with, the arguer points out that students' reported cases dropped to fourteen five years later.however,this satistics（statistics) is open to doubt.Do this statistics really reflect the actual cheating cases faithfully?Because the honor codes system is supervised(用词不当) by students, so during the examination,maybe students are too concentrated on their examination papers to watch others whether they（watch whether othersa） are cheating or not.And also there are some cases when students see others cheating, but they do not report it to teachers(可以补充不报告的理由). In short, without exact supervise system, the cheating numbers reported by students are unreliable.
Futhermore, (Furthermore)in this argument the arguer claims that in a recent survey, a majority of Groveton students said that they would be less likely to cheat with an honor code in place than without（用句重复）.Whereas there lies a question that whether this students be faithful and honesty or not, and do（whether） the survey conducts(provides) a exact statistics about the result.Because it is likely that honor code system,if not orgnized (organized)well,is more inclined for students to cheat in that there are no closely monitored teachers around.In this case,when conducting the survey, some students who want to cheat will definitely prais(praise) the honor code system so school will not abandon it.(可加入第二点进行充实)So without a authorative(authorization) and credible survey,the credibility of the survey is open to doubt.
Last but not least,since the arguer said that all colleges and universities should adopt honor code similar to Groveton's,but （since but 搭配不当）there remains a queston(question) that whether all colleges and universities are the same（similar 更加合适） as Groveton's.Granted that all the questions raised above are not open to doubt（应该放在段首）,then there are still many difference between them.For example , maybe one reason that the honor code system can be successfully carried
out in Groveton is that students in Groveton are self-displined(discipline) so they can obey the honor code s rule,but probably in some other colleges and universities , sutdents(students) are not
that self-discipline（modest to their tests换词） so they just take the advantage of the new system to cheat in another way（another way指什么？）.
