1.高等教育应该普及至所有人群,包括家庭不富裕的人群。政府政策提供将加快高等教育的发展。
2.高校资金来源完全来自于政府资助,无市场竞争督促,无法提供高校更宽广的平台发展。
3.学生为主题,无经济负担,可能会不重视大学教育。

In this way, the argument demonstrated that university and college education should be provided for free. Whereas the fundamental need for maintain a sustainable society is safety and welfare of the citizen, the suggestion above would be modified.
