貌似我还上传不了word，只好直接贴这里了。。。

单复数，拼写问题：
“maintain a high ethical and moral standards”， “basical ”， “emergencys ”， “appropreciate ”， “nomal ”， “responsiblity”， “complish ”， “ususlly ”
另外 “a high but not the highest ethics and moral standards”我觉得这个a 和后面的stadards貌似不一致。

中间展开论述的的时候（第二段），我看文章直接正面说明为什么standard重要，个人认为应该举出那些可以挑战你的观点的原因或例子，然后再反驳。

最后一段
In sum, a leader must maintain a high moral and ethic standards to be effective, but the highest moral and ethic standards are not necessary for that some behaviors which go against these standards will acutually not lead to being less effective.
你看看这样改会不会好一点？
In sum, public official must maintain high ethical and moral standards so to be a effictive leader. Yet the highest standards are not necessary since some behaviours which are against them may not impact the efficiency.
