昨天发的帖子，结果作文没有写完，然后被删掉了。今天写完之后再发的，望通过。题目的昨天的，第一次写，自己修改了好几遍，还是感觉很挫，望各位多多指教 4 The best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative ones.Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.
提纲：
支持：毫无疑问，鼓励积极的行为，会使同学们，尤其是小学生明白怎样做是正确的，并且会因为鼓励得到自信，从而促使学生继续保持这些行为，进而使他们养成习惯，这些积极的习惯对于他们现在的学习和以后的职业都有很大帮助。
反对：不能一味的鼓励。一味的鼓励可能使学生感到自满，因而不求上进。鼓励使学生生活在舒适的环境中，就像锅里的青蛙，享受生活的安逸，而不回去考虑危机。当危机来临的时候，可能会死的很惨。
反对：忽略消极的行为是坚决不可取的。消极的行为如果没有得到及时的得到指正，它们会继续发展，小时候可能仅仅会犯小错误，但是随着年龄增长，因为这些消极行为犯的错误影响可能越来越大。比如，小时候偷同学的铅笔，长大后就可能去偷别人的钱包，更有甚者回去抢银行，这不但对其自身的发展不利，对社会也会造成很坏的影响。

赞成：去学校做义工，一方面可以帮助学校发展，另一方面可以了解孩子生活的环境，从而更好的教育孩子。
反对：家长帮助学校发展的方式不止做义工一种，他们还可以直接捐款。尤其是对于那些商业精英，他们用做义工的时间可以赚更多的钱，如果把这些钱用来学校的建设，会比他们直接做义工要好的多。
反对：家长了解孩子的生活环境，也不止做义工这一种方式，他们可以和孩子谈心，了解孩子面临的问题，从而帮他们解决。另外，他们也可以陪孩子玩耍，旅游，在生活中了解孩子。

Reason: College students—like people in general—prefer to follow directions rather than make their own decisions.

赞成：指定必修课当然有好处，它让学生明确自己要学的东西，有一很明确的方向，这样可以减少他么困惑的时间，使他们将更多的精力投入到学习中去。
反对：推理有问题。大众的做法不一定的对的。比如说，伽利略的时代，大家都认为重的物体下降的速度比轻的物体快。
反对：取消选修课是抹杀学生的个性。必修课提供了专业的知识，但这对于大学生来说远远不够的。每个人都有自己的兴趣，有的人可能喜欢音乐，有的人喜欢体育，如果让大家上一样的课，个性无法发挥，浪费天才。
