请教一下关于SUNNY TOWER题几种问法的提纲解答

下面附上关于Sunny Tower那道题的个人解答 请高手赐教 可否这么写~谢谢~
The following appeared in a letter from the owner of the Sunnyside Towers apartment complex to its manager.
Last week, all the showerheads in the first three buildings of the Sunnyside Towers complex were modified to restrict maximum water flow to one-third of what it used to be. Although actual readings of water usage before and after the adjustment are not yet available, the change will obviously result in a considerable savings for Sunnyside Corporation, since the corporation must pay for water each month. Except for a few complaints about low water pressure, no problems with showers have been reported since the adjustment. Clearly, modifying showerheads to restrict water flow throughout all twelve buildings in the Sunnyside Towers complex will increase our profits further.
一．Evidence类
128）Write a response in which you discuss what specific evidence is needed to evaluate the argument and explain how the evidence would weaken or strengthen the argument.
1.需要知道具体水的示数的证据。可以去先查实行者几个月的示数
如果示数表明用水量没有减少 那么表示这个预测根本不行 完全有可能 由于水压变小 人们为了洗澡会用更多的水。
2.需要知道具体抱怨的数量 以及是不是有的人心存不满但没去抱怨。这需要深入群众中去调查。
如果发现大家仍然不满 只是懒得去抱怨 那么会weaken
3.需要知道12层的情况 是否三分之一的水压可以让水上的去。可以通过实验来获得。
如果发现水压过小 根本上不了12层 那么weaken
二．Question类
个人感觉52和35是一个类型，不知道是否如此？

1.需要的问题：没有用水量的示数 是否可以推测这个政策确实可以节水从而节省开支？
也许有了用水量以后发现这个政策根本不节约开支 因为水压小后 人们为了洗干净不得不用更多的水。如果是这样 那么这个预测将被削弱。
2.需要的问题：收到很少的抱怨是否表示人们没有不爽？
也许人们一开始抱怨 后来发现无效 就停止了抱怨 导致收到的抱怨总体而言不多。也有可能是这个统计是OWNER谎报的。
如果是这样 那么这个预测将被削弱。
3.需要的问题：是否下三层的情况同样适用于12层？
也许水压不够 水根本上不到12楼 如果是这样那么这个越策将被削弱。
三．Assumption类
129) Write a response in which you examine the stated and/or unstated assumptions of the argument. Be sure to explain how the argument depends on these assumptions and what the implications are for the argument if the assumptions prove unwarranted
1. 依赖于假设：限水三分之一将会导致省钱。
因为公司付水费 限水三分之一 可以为公司节省花费。
但是缺乏实际的用水量的证据，完全有可能虽然限制水压 但是为了洗干净 人会用更长时间来洗 导致用水量不降反增 如果是这样 假设不成立。
2. 依赖于假设：收到很少的抱怨 表示低水压没问题。
作者表示由于收到少的抱怨 表示这个措施是可行的。
但是完全有可能人们以开始抱怨 后来发现抱怨没用就不抱怨了 长期以往他们不会再在ST里工作了。也可能许多抱怨没被上报 由于OWNER想邀功。
3. 依赖于假设：三层的情况完全适用于12层。
作者表示 下三层采取政策很大的节省了开支 所以 剩下的12层如果采用政策也会节省开支。
但是完全有可能三分之一的水压导致水根本运不到12层 这会导致楼上的人根本没水洗澡 结果就是人家再也不在这里办公了 反而得不偿失。

谢谢~可是这样写感觉没有逻辑递进的感觉。就是很零散的攻击了几个逻辑点。另外52和35的区别是一个是whether the recommendation is likely to have the predicted result 一个是whether the prediction and the argument on which it is based are reasonable 请问写法上有什么不同吗？ 1. 如果考场上找不出很强的逻辑递进，写零散点也没有关系
