开个口语修改铺子[活动停止]
本帖最后由 crazyrobin 于 2013-5-12 09:24 编辑楼主在3.30的托福考试中口语拿到了30分，阅读了版上不少帖子和经验。
在这里有几点跟大家分享一下
托福考官目前最看重的几点
1.内容是否有说服力 （cogent）
2.是否有足够的流畅度 （smooth）
3.口音是否纯正
4.语法是否用对
5.表达是否清晰明了（articulate）
其中第三点要经过长时间练习才能提高，我们短时间内可以提高的便是1，2，5三点。
口语OG中的一个要求是articulate，太多人认为这只是把一个话题表达清楚，但是却忘了articulate里面最重要的逻辑连贯性。
下面以一道题来说明逻辑连贯性
Do you agree or disagree the university's decision to allow food during class?
如果之前我们没有练习过这道题，15s的时间非常关键
1，首先往自己身上想，这样的好处是什么？坏处是什么？
Pro:学生起晚了也许吃不到早饭，这样做可以让人不用饿着肚子上学
Con:吃食物会有味道，可能会分散别人注意力
这个过程大概需要2-3秒
接着确定一个点
讲Pro，也就是you agree with this statement.
立刻想出两个原因，
1，上面的原因,这里可以具体讲
2，反驳缺点里面提到的，也就是 Quite on the contrary, study suggests that chewing can actually makes people stay focus and concentrated.
I agree with this statement that university should allow student to eat food while in class. I have two reasons.
Firstly, if schools allow student to have snacks or candy-bar, students will have a better chance to stay focus in class. For example, many college students have classes from 8 to 12 in the morning, during the last couple hours, they'll exhaust all their energy and lose their concentration. If they can refill the fuel with chocolate or candy-bar, they will have a better chance to stay locked.
What's more, quite on the contrary, study suggests that chewing can actually promote concentration. So if students are allowed to have food, it will increase their productivity.
So that’s the reason I think school should allow food during class
这样的话逻辑就没有太大的问题，并且引用了数据同时反驳了另外一方的观点。

你给出了一个原因，也就是 have more good teachers
首先发音几个音发的不准, good 要发出 d的音，在录音里面你说得太快以至于d的音没有发出来。都变成了 a goo teacher；另外一个问题是 你讲到了commitment techniques，我感觉这里应该是teaching techniques吧，下一句话的是 she would let them know， let你的t没有发出来，变成了 she would lie them，下一句的 how they going to correct， correct要发全， ke-rekt
倒数第二句话， a good teach can also lead a student to a new height, 你把lead（或者其他的词）说成了live？我没听错的话这里说错了。
下面说内容，你只给了一个原因，就是 a country should have more good teachers，然后你下面一直在说good teacher的特征（traits），这样你基本跑题了，你只要解释 why good teacher matters if we want to increase education quality.
一个原因就是 teaching method & role models, 这点你都说了。
这时候说另外一个理由，而你在录音里一直在强调怎么样才是好的老师，这个喧宾夺主了。 crazyrobin 发表于 2013-4-16 19:41 static/image/common/back.gif
