Masters (Research)/PhD position available in computational modelling
A Masters (Research)/PhD position is now open in the School of Engineering, Monash University
Malaysia. Topics of research include but not limited to ocular biomechanics, transport in biological
media, heat treatment of cancer, acoustic waves distribution in sonochemical reactors and
development of meshless methods. Interested candidates may also choose to propose their own
research topic.
Candidates are expected have strong theoretical and computational modelling background and a keen
interest in cross-disciplinary research. Experience in COMSOL Multiphysics and in programming
languages such as FORTRAN or Matlab is an added advantage.
The position is fully funded by the university and is open to both local and international students.
