关于考官NickNick在British Council 工作了10年，是前雅思高级考官，改过无数的雅思考卷，非常清楚考官判分要求。

关于the worldpath
The Worldpath 是香港政府重點支持的網上教學機構，由美國、英國、加拿大、澳洲的雅思前考官組成，在香港多間中學及大學舉辦雅思課程，學生成績優秀，曾經接受過香港多個媒體報導。推薦他們的學生除了有清華北大的，也有香港大學及香港中文大學，更有斯坦福大学、康奈尔大学和伯克利加大的。他們堅持只用接受過嚴格雅思改卷訓練的考官教口語跟寫作，因為他們很清楚考官喜歡怎樣的口語跟寫作，可以幫學生打做一個考官會給高分的exam，但是絕對不用模板。
IELTS SPEAKING - What happens when I first go into the interview room?
Problems: A lot of candidates are very nervous when they first go into the room and meet the examiner. In the introduction phase of the speaking test many students think it is Phase One and begin to talk at length.
What should I do when the candidate before me has finished?
Just wait outside the room until either the examiner or a member of the IELTS administration staff comes to get you. DON’T go into the interview room without being asked because the examiner will be busy recording the results of the previous candidate.
What should I say to the examiner?
“Hello” would be fine.
What happens after I sit down?
The examiner will probably say something to try to get you to relax. Then (s)he will say that the interview is going to start and will turn on the cassette recorder.
Why is the interview recorded?
Because it is for your protection. The examiner often listens to the interview again to make sure the score is accurate. Also, sometimes your speaking test needs to re-marked by another examiner if the score is a lot different from the other parts of your test.
