外导只给了个PhD project的题目，research proposals剩下的内容要自己编完么？

外导陶瓷回复说适合一个做friction stir welding of (different) light alloys的PhD project，叫我申请17年UNSW’s PhD scholarship，学校申请需要提交Research Proposal，所以又发了一封邮件问外导这个project的细节，但是并没回复，这是要我自己把Research Proposal编完么。。。申请过的同学都是什么情况呀？

顺便问一下Proof of Contact with Supvsr这个要怎么弄呢？把邮件往来粘上去？

PS学校Research Proposal的要求
In general, research proposals should be around one page in length*, and should include the following:

The Title of Your Research Proposal (this must be included in your document)
A Statement of the research problem and its significance
An Outline of the method to be used to analyse the problem
Details of previous publications and/or research undertaken in your nominated area of interest

我们文科貌似都自己写rp呢。按格式要求写就好吧。我是直接将与导师联系的邮件弄到一个pdf里贴上去的。

我申请时候，老板都没告诉我到底做啥完全瞎写的。
申请完了后我才知道大概要做啥，到现在了我才知道了具体是个啥

头疼呀，我也是遇到这个问题，不会写RP，老板给了3个关注点，可以前从没接触过这个领域呀，完全不知道怎么下笔，明天打算发邮件问问老板。
