University of Illinois at Chicago invites applications for a Postdoctoral Position immediately available. The position is located in the Microfluidics Laboratory at UIC. The successful candidate will execute research developing organs-on-a-chip platforms for drug screening applications. The candidate will work closely with Dr. Jie Xu, graduate students and collaborators.
Candidates must have a PhD with experience in microfluidics and tissue engineering. Prior experience in project management and/or mentoring of graduate students should be highlighted in the application. A strong track-record of scientific contributions supported by peer-reviewed publications is desirable.
