MTech SE的笔试面试时间问题

Application for the January 2018 intake will open on 1 February 2017.
And deadline is 31 Aug 2017 (Overseas applicants)
So, Is the written and interview time after the application deadline(31 Aug 2017 )? or before? If we receive your application and supporting documents very early, we may do the test and interview before 31 Aug. otherwise, it will be early September.
