Position: Sales & Admin Assistant
Job Duties:
- Sales support such as following up with client orders, check stock availability, preparing invoices,
delivery notes, monthly sales report.
- Help prepare, set up and refill stock at client supermarket or shop promotions.
- Administration support such as preparing client monthly statements, filling in account opening
forms and simple marketing work.
- Help conduct monthly stock take at office.
- Conduct sales activities, including follow up existing clients, conduct sales call & travel locally to find
new clients.
- Occasional travel to Macau / Guangdong province.
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Candidates with no working experience will be considered but must be willing & able to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-motivated, responsible & good team player
