（求助)nus系统怎样取消接受offer

有人遇到过这种情况吗？
已经接受了nus一个项目的offer。很快，另一个更想去的专业的offer来了。想重新接受一个新的offer，
但系统显示：
You are not allowed to accept this offer as you have already accepted the offer of admission to another programme within the same semester.


这种情况有解决的办法吗？application guide上面写的是：
Upon confirmation, you can longer make changes to your reply. If you wish to make changes, please contact the relevant Faculty/School directly.
这个直接联系项目方就可以了吗？
